Public reviews and ratings on the web:
The Lord of the Rings trilogy is one of the greatest trilogy ever. Its first volume, like the other two, has earned the huge success it really deserves. It has been nominated as well as bagged several sets of awards – a testament to its exceptional quality, one might say. Nonetheless, it's really worth a look, because it's Obra Maestra in a Million.
In truth, the film has always been popular with the general audience, be it, children, to adults, as it is undeniably a fine art. The nugget of wisdom that can be acquired in this movie is tremendous, and watching it multiple times will definitely make you say it never gets old. It's becoming even more interesting, the second time someone can see the more complex details of the movie that you might have missed before.

Death and Immortality. Tolkien said in his letters that the main theme of The Lord of the Rings is death and the human desire to avoid it: but I must say that the story is not really about Power and Dominion: that which only moves the wheels; It is about the desire for death and deathlessness.
Public Review:
This film is an absolute masterpiece. As a big fan of Legolas and Gimli, I was overjoyed to see that they had plenty of screen time. Between the amazing visual effects, hilarious one-liners, and the chilling battle of Helms Deep, this is definitely one of the best movies, I have ever seen. The movie is very long, almost 3 hours to watch, but I assure you it is not boring at all. You will be very entertained for 3 hours and on the edge of your seat the whole time. If you like fantasy, amazing friendship and loyalty, lots of battle scenes, and an elaborate plot, I highly recommend watching this movie!

This is by far the most amazing film I have seen. It's an epic story filled with great suspenseful battles, excellent music, and great acting, a ray of hope shining like a light in the dark, even when everything is lost - it's clear to me that just someone No film can bring the audience so close to the experience of such epic and emotion. Everything is so skillfully and beautifully woven together, and those who love a great story full of heroism, fantasy, (and even a little romance) with the triumph of light over darkness at the end, will be more than satisfied.

If you want to hear an honest review here's mine. Though it has some drawbacks, at least for me the show is very entertaining. I personally like the acting of all the characters so far. Of course, there are some parts that I didn't enjoy as much as others, but I intend to watch it all and make the final decision, so far its spectacular visuals bring Tolkien's Middle Earth to life and the soundtrack is great too. Anyway, if you are reading these reviews and are skeptical about the show, then only you can choose whether you enjoy it or not, don't let anyone's bad reviews or trolling get away from it. Give it a watch and make up your mind.
