It is shocking news for The Simpsons fans. It was just days ago that the show has made news for predicting the US elections and the coronavirus. It is a bit early this year for the prediction game of The Simpsons. While the world has been eagerly watching out for news regarding the Capitol Hill protests, fans are venturing out to know if the show has really predicted the protests. It all began with an episode that aired in 1996 with the title ‘The Day The Violence Died.’ In this episode, glimpses of the angry mob bombing Capitol Hill can be seen. The angry protesters wreak havoc inside the Capitol Hill Building against a constitutional amendment. For some reason, the new amendment irks the people. The frustration soon takes a violent turn that results in large-scale demonstrations and protests.

In the said episode, a homer can be seen sitting atop his house with a gun in his hand, while his surroundings can be seen set ablaze. What is even more shocking is the predicted date. Yes! This time even the date has been predicted to be January 20, 2021!! The accuracy is giving chills to believers now.
While the believers anticipate the events shown in the show, the other lot is ruling it off as just a coincidence. Be it real or co-incidence, time is going to prove it all for us.
