He also claimed that the show clashed with his religious beliefs after he has been baptized.

All the trouble began with the ninth season!Angus revealed that the character he portrayed was completely unrealistic and awkward and he was asked to portray adult scenes. His character’s style was completely changed and the main focus has been shifted with his growing age. This prompted him to leave the show. He also revealed in various situations that the new storyline had been overly focusing on his adult affairs which didn’t sit well with his newly found faith and that it clashed with his religious beliefs.
